Happy Thursday, Friends! On today’s blog, I’d like to share with you this intricate, yet extra delicate mini slimline “For You” inspiration card made showcasing the newest, JULY-2021 “Decorative Mini Slimline Card Creator” Small Die of the Month by Spellbinders. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step on how I made it ↓
Therefore, this month’s Small Die of the Month Club includes 5 intricate dies which 3 of them create the die-cutting details for a mini slimline card background plus 2, that creates the detailed die-cutting card sentiment. That said, I went ahead to line up the outer and inner dies that create the detailed card background and then, I’ve gotten them secured using small pieces of washi tape. Next, I lined them up over a large piece of white cardstock, and once I had that step done, I went ahead to run them through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine so, I could die-cut the detailed background card out from the cardstock.
Thus, as soon as I had finished die-cutting the detailed label style background card panel, I went ahead to set it off aside and then, I proceeded to took the inner dies out it so, I could gone ahead to die-cut a solid label background panel as well out of a large piece of Waterfall Color Cardstock. So, once I had both die-cutting pieces completed, I went ahead to stacked them together using Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue and then, I mounted the layered detailed label background card over a mini slimline size white card base using craft foam adhesive to add a bit of dimension.
As, I mentioned earlier this set also includes a small set of dies that create the die-cutting sentiment so having that said, I went ahead to die-cut it out from white and gold cardstock, and once I had those steps done, I’ve gone ahead to get it adhere as well to the card. Next, for the card embellishments, I used die cut shapes which are included in this month’s Card Kit of the Month Club as well as Crystal Mix Color Essentials Gems to add a touch of shine!
And, with that being said friends, I hope you’ve enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made this this intricate, yet extra delicate mini slimline “For You” inspiration card made showcasing the newest, JULY-2021 “Decorative Mini Slimline Card Creator” Small Die of the Month by Spellbinders.
