Pinkfresh Studio July 2023 Stamp, Die, and Stencil Release ▏ Blog Hop

So, today I’d like to share a delicate and modern inspiration card with a “Geometrical and Floral” look showcasing: the just-released Secret Garden Die and Overlapping Triangles Stencil. Also, to make this card, I used one of the card sentiments from the All Kinds of Wonderful Stamp and the coordinating die from All Kinds of Wonderful Die for the card sentiment. Lastly, I used Metallic Pearls: Sparkling Champagne and PFS- Ink hues. So, without further ado, let me share how I made it. ↓

Therefore, as the first step, I used the Secret Garden Die, the die-cut machine, and a few pieces of white cardstock to get the detailed floral frame die-cut out of them 5x. By the way, for the die-cutting step, I would like to mention that the die it’s on the intricate side, so I would recommend the use of a Metal Adapter Plate Cutting Shim to get a clean cut. Having that said, after getting all five intricate die-cutting frames, I got them all staked to create one dimensional frame.

Moving on, as soon as I had the detailed card front completed, I set it aside, and then I used an A2-size white card panel to get it to ink up using the stencils included in the Overlapping Triangles Stencils. As for the inking step, I used regular-size ink blending brushes and the following ink hues; Peach Fuzz Ink, Ocean Breeze Ink, Warm Buff Ink, and Doe Ink. Next, after getting the inking step completed, I got the backside of the dimensional floral frame glued to the inked-up panel to create the geometrical and floral card front look.

Then to continue with the card assembling, I got the backside of the layered card front to an A2-size side folding white card base to create a horizontal design. Lastly, to finish the card assembling, I used one of the card sentiments included in the All Kinds of Wonderful Stamp and the coordinating die which is included in the All Kinds of Wonderful Die to create the dimensional card sentiment; a sentiment which right afterward, I got glued to the lower left corner of the card.

Next, to complete the card, I added here and there some of the Metallic Pearls: Sparkling Champagne to create a shiny dimensional look to it.
