With that being said, today I’d like to share with you this quick and simple “Holiday/Winter Wonderland” inspiration card made with the just released Our Home to Yours Stamp & Our Home to Yours Die sets. So, without further ado let me share all details with you ↓

To begin with, I started by placing a white card panel inside my MISTI Stamping Tool. Then right after, I placed down each of the house image stamps from Our Home to Yours Stamp, and I went ahead to get the houses stamped using, Ballet Slipper, Slumber and Storm inks. Thus, after I’ve had gotten them stamped, I went ahead to lined up their coordinated dies and then afterwards, I ran them through the die-cut machine. Therefore, after I’ve had done die-cutting the houses, I set them aside and I started to work on the card background.

To create the wintry background, I’ve used a combination of Pinkfresh Watercolor Collection and watercolors from my stash so, after I’ve had done creating the wintry background I set it aside to let it dry and while it was drying, I went ahead to line up over a large piece of watercolor paper the largest die from Falling For You Die Set to die-cut the mountains. Once, I’ve had that step done, I went ahead to water-coloring the mountains with the same colors that I used for the previous card panel. Then right after, I went ahead to die-cut once again another set of mountains and once I was done doing that, I went ahead to get them water-colored but this time using a Bluish-Green combination. That said, after all 3 backgrounds were completely dry, I went ahead to line up over each of them the Slim Stitched Rectangle Dies and I ran them through the die-cutting machine for a continuous stitching look (as you can see in the image above)

Lastly, after I’ve done adding the stitching details to the continuous background pieces, I went ahead to get adhere with double-sided tape the largest water-colored card panel to a slimline white card base. Then, I went ahead to get adhered the first water-colored and stamped mountainous card panel background over the first card panel and last but not least, I went ahead to mount with craft foam tape the last mountainous background over the second card panel on which I’ve had gold heated emboss elements included in the stamp set using gold embossing powder. Finally, to finish the card off, I went ahead to stamp some pine trees using Storm ink then, I mounted some trees which I’ve had previously water-colored and die-cut using Falling For You Stamp and Falling For You Die sets and last but certainly not least, I went ahead to mount the houses and sentiments which I’ve had previously white heat embossed on black cardstock using white embossing powder. As finishing touches, I went ahead to white heat emboss a few stars using the tiny element stamp images from the set, as well as to add some white splattering to create an illusion of a snowy night and of course, to glue down with liquid glue jewels from Essentials: Jewels Mix to add a touch of sparkle.
Note: The small Happy Holidays sentiments is from Merry Days Stamp Set.
