Inky Bouquet Thank You┃Inspiration Card

Happy Thursday, Friends! In today’s blog, I’m sharing with you a dainty thank you inspirational card made with a “Floral & Subtle” look using the Inky Bouquet Stamp, Inky Bouquet Die, and Inky Bouquet Stencil to add the floral and card sentiment to the card. Besides that, I used the Essentials: Stitched Rectangles Die Set to add the stitched detail to the card’s frame and the Diamond Plaid Stencil Set to add the subtle card background, and last but not least PFS- Inks to add the pops of color. So, without further ado, let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it ↓

Therefore, I went ahead to place an A2-size white card panel inside the MISTI Mini Stamp Tool. Next, I went ahead to place over it the large stamp images including in the Inky Bouquet Stamp. Followed by that, I went ahead to get the stamping done using Warm Buff Ink and I also used the Stamp Press Tool to get a better impression.

Thus, after getting the stamping done, I proceeded to remove the card panel from the stamping tool but I left the stamp in place, so I could go back to get the stamping done once again after getting the layered stenciling process.

So, for the layered stenciling, I went ahead to use each stencil included in the Inky Bouquet Stencil set along with the following ink color combo; Ballet Slipper Ink and Coral Reef Ink for the large flower and some of the small flowers. Coral Reef Ink and Passion Fruit Ink for the small buds. Peach Fuzz Ink and Apricot Ink for other flowers plus, Clementine Ink for the sprigs. Also, Sweet Mustard Ink, Grassy Knoll Ink, and Olive for the leaves.

Moving on, I’d like to mention that I skipped the layer to add color to the floral vase but, I did use the detailed layer to add a little touch of color using Warm Buff Ink. Thus, after getting the inking done, I went ahead to place the inked panel inside the stamping tool once again to bring the detailed outlined lines. Then, after doing that I went ahead to use the Inky Bouquet Die and the Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine to cut out the stamped image, and then I set it aside.

Meanwhile, I went ahead to ink up a white card panel using an ink blending brush with the stencils included in Diamond Plaid Stencil Set and Ballet Slipper Ink. Next, after getting the inking done, I also went ahead to use the two large dies included in Essentials: Stitched Rectangles Die Set to cut out a white frame from a piece of white cardstock.

Lastly, before starting the card assembling, I went ahead to use one of the card sentiments included in the stamp set to get it stamped over a piece of white cardstock using the stamping tool, Magic Powder Bag, Brutus Monroe Embossing Ink, and Metallic Embossing Powder- Gilded. Next, I used its coordinating die to cut it out from the cardstock, and then I used the die a few more times to cut out more layers from plain white cardstock to add dimension underneath the gold embossing stamped sentiment.

Thereafter, for the card assembling, I went ahead to use the Paper Trimmer to trim off the edges of the card background, and then I proceeded to get the backing of it adhered with double-sided adhesive to an A2 size top folding white card base. Next, I got the detailed white frame adhered to the card’s front panel. Lastly, I added pieces of craft foam adhesive to the back side of the floral piece, and then I got it mounted over the card. Finally, to finish the card off, I went ahead to glue down the card sentiment on the lower left side of the card, and to add the card a little extra touch of shine, I used the Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue and Jewels Picker to get glued down here and there some of the Jewels: Glacier.

And, with that being said, friends, I hope you’ve enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made this dainty thank you for an inspirational card with a “Floral & Subtle” look using hot foil plates, dies, and more by Pinkfresh Studio.
