Daisy Wreath Hot Foil Plate, Stencil & Die┃Inspiration Card

Happy Friday, Friends! On today’s blog, I’d like to share with you a white on white and 3D dimensional “Floral” inspiration card made using, Daisy Wreath Hot Foil Plate from the latest JUNE-2021 Release by Pinkfresh Studio along with this beautiful hot foil plate, I’ve also used Daisy Wreath Layered Stencil Set and Daisy Wreath Die which happens to be its coordinating stencil and die set. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it ↓

Therefore, I started off by lining up the Daisy Wreath Hot Foil Plate over an A2 size white card panel and then, I went ahead to cut out a large piece of foil from Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Polished Brass roll. Once, I had completed the previous steps, I quickly went ahead to get the foil stamping done for the daisy wreath over the card panel using my Glimmer Hot Foil System Platform and Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.

Thus, as soon as I had finished the foil stamping I went ahead to place down the card panel over my Make Art - Stay-tion - 7 Inch to get the layering stencil process done using Daisy Wreath Layered Stencil Set. This set includes 5 stencil, so I used a combination of PFS- Inks to add color to the flowers and leaves. Therefore, I used Ballet Slipper Ink and Sparkling Rose Ink for the pink flowers. Misty Coast Ink, Sweet Mustard Ink and Marigold Ink for the white daisies plus, Grassy Knoll Ink and Olive Ink for the leaves.

So, as soon as I had finished adding the pop of color to the wreath, I went ahead to line up Daisy Wreath Die over it and then, I ran them through the die-cut machine to die-cut he wreath out of the card panel. Then, right after that I had finished die-cutting the wreath, I went ahead to set it off aside so I could keep up with the die-cutting process for the background card panels. Therefore, to do that I went ahead to line up both Simply Diamonds Die and Diagonal Stitched Plaid Die over 2 white card panel and then, I ran them through the die-cut machine.

Moving on, as soon as I had all pieces ready for the card assembling, I went ahead to adhere down the diagonal stitched white card panel over an A2 side folding white card base on a landscaping form using double-sided adhesive. Next, I’ve got mounted the simply diamonds die-cutting white frame over the stitched white background using skinny pieces of craft foam and double-sided adhesive to add dimension. Then, to create the 3D look I’ve got mounted the wreath as well over the center of the dimensional frames with square foam adhesives (as you can see in the image above.) Last but not least, to finish the assembling for the card, I went ahead to glue down inside the wreath with Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue a foiled sentiment which, I’ve had created previously on a piece of white cardstock using Celebrating You Hot Foil Plate and Celebrating You Die.

Finally, to finish the card off, I went ahead to glue down here and there using liquid glue some of the Metallic Pearls -Gold to add an extra touch of gold accent to it. And, with that being said friends, I hope that you’ve enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made this white on white and 3D dimensional “Floral” inspiration card.
