White Flowers┃Uplifting Inspiration Cards
Happy Thursday, Friends! Today, I’d like to share with you this “Uplifting” white flowers card set that, I’ve created with 3 different Digi Stamps by Alex Syberia Designs. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step by step on how I made them ↓
To begin with, I started by downloading, printing and transferring the digital images over 3 Strathmore Watercolor Panels. Then, once I had the digital stamps transferred to the watercolor card panels, I water-colored them in with a mix of Gray with hints of Pink & Purple hues to create shadows. Therefore, after I was done water-coloring the images in, I set them aside to dry meanwhile, I cut, scored and folded 2 A2 top folding white card bases and I also went ahead to gold heat embossed 2 sentiments to have them ready before that I’ve got the assembling started.
So, once the water-colored card panel were completely dry, I trimmed down the edges from the card panel with the White Jasmin Digi Stamp and I mounted it with craft foam and double-sided tape to one of the top folding white card bases. Then, I mounted one of the sentiments that I’ve had previously gold heat embossed and stacked over a piece of gold cardstock. Lastly, after I was done mounting sentiment to the card, I added Glossy Accent to the anthers of the flower and I glued down with liquid glue a few sequins for a sparkly look.
Moving on, after I was done trimming down the edges of the card panel with the Sweet Gardenia Digi Stamp, I stamped a sentiment and gold heat embossed it right afterwards in the right lower side of the card panel. Then, to change things a bit I decided to add a frame so, I traced lines over the perimeter of the card panel to create the frame using a straight ruler and the Uni-ball Signo Gold Gel Pen.
Once the frame was traced over the card panel, I mounted the card panel with double-sided tape and craft foam to the second top folding white card base. Lastly, I glued down here and there sequins and to finish the card off, I embellished the flower stem by gluing down a tied bow that I’ve previously created out of a large piece of Metallic Gold Thread for an extra touch of shine.
For the last example, I trimmed down the edges from the card panel on which I had water-colored the White Gardenia Digi Stamp and I mounted it as well with craft foam and double-sided tape to the side folding white card base.
So therefore, after I was done mounting the card panel to the card base, I went ahead and mounted the sentiment that I had previously gold heat embossed on a piece of white cardstock. Lastly, to add dimension I added Glossy Accent to the yellow statements and I glue down with liquid glue here and there a few sequins for a shiny look.
Finally, to finish the cards off I covered the flowers with Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Pen for an extra shimmering look. With that said, I hope you’ve enjoyed how I made these “Uplifting” white flowers card set that I created with Alex Syberia Designs digital stamps.
