Happy Saturday, Friends! On today’s blog, I’d like to share with you this delicate and very intricate “Thank You” inspiration card made showcasing the newest, MAY-2021 “Arched A2 & Slimline Card Creator” Small Die of the Month by Spellbinders. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step on how I made it ↓
Therefore, I started by lining up the die largest die including in this month’s club kit over a large piece of Waterfall Color Essentials Cardstock and once I had that step done, I went ahead to run them through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine. Next, I went ahead to line up the inner dies from the set over a large piece of Sea Glass color cardstock by TSM and then, I went ahead to run them through the die-cutting machine. Lastly, I went ahead to line up the smaller die including in the set over a small piece of Teal Topaz Color Essentials Cardstock and I went ahead to run them through the die-cutting machine as well.
Thus, as soon as I’ve had finished die-cutting each part of the detailed arched card creator I went ahead to use my Tool ‘n One brush head to remove the positive pieces out each die-cutting piece and then, I went ahead to repeat the same steps by die-cutting a few more pieces out of white cardstock.
Moving on, after having all die-cutting pieces I went ahead to start the assembling for the card so to do that, I went ahead to carefully glue down the largest die-cutting arched piece over an A2 size top folding card using Bearly Art Mini 2 fl oz Precision Craft Glue + Tip Kit. Next, I went ahead to layer a white and the sea glass color die-cutting pieces and then, I’ve gotten glue them down also with liquid glue to the card. Lastly, I went ahead to layer 2 white die-cutting pieces along with the color cardstock for the detailed circle and then, I’ve gotten it mounted into place. Increasing that way, a bit of dimension between each detailed piece of the arched card creator background.
Lastly, after having the arched card creator background mounted over the card base, I went ahead to get the embellishing done. So, to get that done, I mounted 2 small floral clusters which I created by using die-cutting flowers and sprigs that I’ve had created previously out of color cardstock using Mini Blooms and Sprigs Etched Dies. Nevertheless, I’ve got also mounted a sentiment which, I’ve had also previously foiled over a strip of white cardstock using one of the sentiments from Mini Everyday Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set along with Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Polished Brass and of course, the Glimmer Hot Foil System Platform for the foiling process.
Last but not least, I went ahead to add a little sparkle by gluing down with liquid glue some jewels in the center of the flowers and in the center of the intricate circle. And, with that being said friends, I hope you’ve enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made this delicate and very intricate “Thank You” inspiration card made showcasing the newest, MAY-2021 “Arched A2 & Slimline Card Creator” Small Die of the Month by Spellbinders.
