Spellbinders Valentine's Day┃CSOM + CDOM JAN-2022 Inspiration Cards

Happy Sunday, Friends! On today’s blog, I’d like to share with you three “Valentine’s Day” botanical looking inspiration cards made using “One Love, One Heart” JAN-2022 Clear Stamp & Die of the Month Club Kit. Also, to make this set of cards, I paired this month’s Glimmer Hot Foil Kit Of The Month Club, Embossing Folder Kit of the Month Club and Small Die Kit of the Month Club. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step by step on how I made them ↓

Therefore, for the first example, I used the Clear Stamp & Die of the Month Club. So, to make it first, I went ahead to place over an acrylic block one of heart stamps including in the stamp set and then, I proceeded to get the heart stamp image stamped using black ink over an A2 size white card panel until created a pattern over it. To make the pattern look even more complete, I went ahead to place one of the single flowers stamp images over a smaller acrylic block and then, I got it stamped over the empty spaces.

Once, I had created the botanical pattern over the card panel, I went ahead to let the ink dry and once it was completely dry out, I proceeded to use my Zig Clean Color Real Brush to add pops of color to the flowers and leaves. At the same time, I decided to get more individual flowers stamped over a small piece of white cardstock and the I added pops of colors to them as well.

Soon after that I had finished adding color to the flowers and leaves, I went ahead to trim down the edges of the card panel and then, I quickly gone ahead to get the backing of it mounted with craft foam adhesive over an A2 size top folding white card base. Next, I used the coordinating dies including in Clear Stamp & Die of the Month Club to cut out the individual flowers. Lastly, I went ahead to mount the individual flowers over the card panel to add dimension and then, to finish the card off, I’ve got mounted the sentiment in the center of it. A card sentiment which I’ve had previously stamped with black ink over a strip of white cardstock and die cut out from it using one of the sentiments including in the stamp set and the coordinating die including in the kit as well.

For the second example, I went ahead to use another heart stamp image including in the stamp set, so therefore, I went ahead to get the heart stamp image stamped with black ink over a white piece of cardstock and then, I proceeded to add a pop of color to it.

Once, I had that step done, I’ve gone ahead to cut the heart out from the cardstock using its coordinating die and then, I proceeded to get the card assembling started.

As for the card assembling, I’ve gone ahead to use this month’s Small Die Kit of the Month Club cover plate to create the dimensional white and gold front card background. And, having that said, to finish the card off, I went ahead to mount the die-cutting heart in the center of the card.

For the last example, I made a clean and simple, yet extra textured Valentine’s Day card.

So, to make it, I went ahead to add texture to an A2 size white card panel using this month’s Embossing Folder Kit of the Month Club. Next, I trimmed off the edges of the textured card panel and then, I’ve got it mounted over an A2 size side folding white card base in a landscaping form.

Same as the previous examples, I went ahead to stamp one of the heart stamp images and then, I added pop of colors to it. Once, I had that done, I proceeded to cut it out from the cardstock and then, I’ve got it mounted over the center of the card. Lastly, to finish the card off, I decided to add a pop of shine to it by mounting a hot foil stamped sentiment, a card sentiment which I’ve had previously created using one of the glimmer plates including in this month’s Glimmer Hot Foil Kit Of The Month Club.

Finally, to finish today’s Valentine’s card set, I decided to add extra pops of shine to each of them by gluing down here and there gold jewels. And, with that being said friends, I hope you’ve enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made these three “Valentine’s Day” with a botanical look inspiration cards showcasing “One Love, One Heart” JAN-2022 Clear Stamp & Die of the Month Club Kit by Spellbinders
