POP OUT Diamonds┃Birthday Inspiration Cards

Happy Friday, crafty friends! On today’s blog I’d like to share with you 2 clean and simple “Birthday” cards made using POP OUT: Diamond Stamp, Simply Diamonds Die, Diamond Floral Bunches Die Set by Pinkfresh Studio. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step by step on how I’ve made them ↓

To begin with, I started by placing inside my MISTI Stamping Tool a white card panel then, once the card panel was into place, I went ahead to line the frame from the POP OUT: Diamond Stamp. Therefore, once I had them both line up I proceeded to get the card panel prepare using Embossing Powder Tool since I was going to get the frame stamped and heat embossed using WOW! Embossing Pad and WOW! Metallic Gold Rich.

Therefore, after I’ve had prepared, stamp and heat emboss the card panel, I kept the frame into place, and I moved on to get the color stamping done. So, for the color stamping I popped in the solid diamond stamp in each section that I wanted to stamp and I got the stamping done with the following color inks: Ballet Slipper, Peach Fuzz, Lemon Whip, Sky Blue and Misty Coast. Thus, after I had the color stamping done, I also went ahead to get the diamond in the center stamped and gold heat embossed for an extra pop of gold touch.

Lastly, after I had stamped and heat embossed the card panel, I trimmed the edges down a bit smaller than the card base and I adhered the backing of it to an A2 side folding white card base. Then, I finished the card off by gluing down with liquid glue some little flowers which I had previously stamp, gold heat emboss and die-cut using the diamond stamps with the floral images from the stamp along with Diamond Floral Bunches Die Set to die cut them out of the cardstock. Then, as a finishing touch, I glued down a few jewels for a touch of sparkle, and last but not least, I mounted wit craft foam tape the birthday sentiment which I had previously heat embossed on a piece of white cardstock.
NOTE: the birthday sentiment is part of Make a Wish Stamp Set.

For the second card, I created a cleaner look birthday card using the Simply Diamonds Die. So therefore, I lined up the die over a white card panel and I ran them through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine, and once I had the die-cutting done, I popped out the diamond positive pieces and I went ahead to get the die-cutting frame adhered with liquid glue over an A2 white card panel.

Moving on, after I had the die-cutting frame adhered to the card panel, I went ahead to place it inside the stamping tool to get the stamping done. For the stamping, I kept it simple by stamping the diamonds with the solid diamond stamp with the same colors in the way shown in the image above.

Lastly, after I had the color stamping done, I waited a few minutes to let the inks dry and then after that, I prepared the card panel with embossing tool and I went ahead to individually get the flowers and sentiments stamped using embossing ink. Last but not least, after I had them stamped, I’ve finished them off by getting them gold heat embossed to make them pop even more. So, after I had them stamp and gold heat emboss, I finished the card off by adhering the backing of the card panel to an A2 side folding white card base and by gluing down with liquid glue here and there jewels to add that touch of sparkle!
