Pinkfresh Studio March 2022 Washi, Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release Blog Hop

Happy Release Day Crafters! Today, Pinkfresh Studio is celebrating their March-2022 Washi, Stamp, Die, Stencil & Hot Foil Release with a fabulous blog hop. So therefore, if you’re hopping along with us, welcome as you should have arrived here from Vicki’s Blog but, if this is your starting point, I’d like to invite you to start from → Pinkfresh ‘Blog or by clicking the direct link provided below which will take you directly to the full list for this wonderful blog hop.

With that being said, today I’d like to share with you this delicate yet detailed set of “Encouragement” inspiration cards made using the just released: Fuschias Washi Tape, Fuschias Washi Die, and Fuschias Washi Stamp which also includes its coordinating Fuschias Washi Layering Stencils set. Along with sets, I used Simply Diamonds Die to add the dimensional die-cutting diamond background + Cling Rubber Stamp: Abstract Cube to compliment the geometrical look. Besides that, I used Essentials: Crystal Mix to add a pop of sparkle as well. So, without further ado let me share how I made it ↓

Therefore, I started off by getting making a few die-cutting floral shapes using: Fuschias Washi Tape and Fuschias Washi Die. Having that said, this step was definitely the easiest as all I did was to unroll the washi roll, tape it down over a large piece of white cardstock and die-cut out the images from the washi with its coordinating die in the same way, as I’ve had done it before with all Pinkfresh Studio Washi-tape Rolls. Thus, as soon as I’ve had finished cutting the all using my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine, I went ahead to put them off to the side so, I could have gone ahead to add texture to, two white card panel using: Cling Rubber Stamp: Abstract Cube along with Embossing Powder - Alabaster, Metallic Embossing Powder- Gilded, Wow Embossing Powder Dual Speed Heat Tool, and VersaMark Ink Pad for the heat embossing process. Also, to keep it simple, I used my MISTI Stamp Tool.

Next, as soon as, I’ve had finished adding the heat embossing texture to the front card panels, I went ahead to use my Paper Trimmer to cut off 1/4 of an inch from each side. Then, I went ahead to get the backing of one of them adhered with double-sided adhesive to an A2 top folding white card base. Therefore, to add even more dimension to this example, I went ahead to use Simply Diamonds Die to cut out three white frames and then, I’ve got them layered over to the card.

To continue with the card assembling, I went ahead to get mounted the large floral die cut shape (as shown in the image above) using square foam adhesives just to add a little extra dimension.

Lastly, I went ahead to get mounted the card sentiment to the lower right side of the card. A card sentiment which, I’ve had gotten previously stamped and gold heat embossing over a strip of white cardstock using one of the sentiments including in Fuschias Washi Stamp.

Finally, after getting the first card finished, I went ahead to get the backing of the other textured front card panel mounted with craft foam adhesive to another A2 size top folding white card base and then, I created a floral cluster over the upper right corner of the card using the small die cut shapes from the washi just as shown in the image above. Then, I went ahead to finish the card off by getting its card sentiment mounted over the lower left corner and last but certainly not least, I’ve got glued down here and there some Essentials: Crystal Mix on both cards to add them an extra touch of shine. And, with that being said friends, I hope this delicate, yet detailed set of “Encouragement” inspiration cards inspires you to give these sets a try!
