Beautiful Moderns Blooms Greeting Cards

Beautiful Modern Blooms Greeting Cards

Happy Sunday, friends! Today, it’s the last day to shop for a purpose with the Designer Picks for a Purpose by Pinkfresh Studio. As, you might know by now during this weekend Pinkfresh Studio decided that, 100% of all net profits made from this weekend sales will go towards Hurricane Relief (All in All) How generous is that!?? Now, you might be asking yourself, how can you help? Well, you can help by purchasing one, two, three or as many items from their wonderful selection of Stamps, Metal Dies, Embellishments, Watercolors, Scrapbook Collections, Essentials, Washitapes, etc. So, for my last pick, I decided to use Beautiful Word Die, Modern Bloom Die and Flower Garden Stamp Set for a feminine look. ↓

To create this card, I started by running through the die-cutting machine a white panel along with the largest rectangle from the Stitched Rectangles Die Set. Once, the white detailed white card panel was done, I also ran through the die-cutting machine the Modern Bloom Die along with a piece of Barely There Card Stock to die-cut the die-cutting background as, well as the Beautiful Word Die which, I die-cut it once out of white card stock and a second time out of craft foam.

Right after when all die-cutting pieces were done, I started the layout for the card panel. So, I adhered the backing of the Modern Bloom background with liquid glue to the white card panel. Then, I inlaid back in some of the die-cutting pieces to create the roses and leaves. Lastly, I wrapped around a big piece of Ivory Burlap String on the top side of the card which, I finished it off with a bow as you can see in the picture above.

For the sentiment, I adhered the backing of the Beautiful Word to the craft foam piece with liquid glue and I heat embossed it with Fool's Gold Embossing Powder for a glittery look. Finally, to finish the card off, I adhered the backing of the Beautiful word to the lower side of the card. At that point, I thought about to left it with just the word but, then I decided to add to sub-sentiments that complimented well creating that way a whole saying perfect for an encouragement card. By the way the two sentiments that, I heat embossed with Rose Gold Embossing Powder in a piece of white card stock were from the Flower Garden Stamp Set.
Well friends, that’s all I have for today. I hope you were inspired with the cards that; I had shared during the weekend.
