Without further ado, lets jump into the blog!
For today’s cards I started by gold heat embossing 2X the largest image from the stamp set, and I water colored them both with a combination of Greens and Coral + Aquas and Pinks colors. Once the water coloring was done I set them aside. In the meanwhile I created my own patterns for the card panels by white heat embossing two pieces of white card stock that measured H 4’’ X W 5.25’’ each with two of the different smaller size flowers from the stamp set and white embossing powder. Then I adhered the backed of each of them with double sided tape to the side folding white card bases that I had previously scored.
After the card bases were ready, I used the coordinating die to die cut the water colored images, the fun foam that used for dimension and some of the sentiments that I also gold heat embossed from the same stamp set.
For the first example I created a Birthday card by adhering one of the water colored images along with the sentiments that I had gold heat embossed.
For the second example I create an Encouragement card by adhering the second image that I water colored and the other two gold embossed sentiments.
As you can see I went for a Clean and Simple yet very Detailed look for these cards.
And… because I know how hard can be sometimes to capture in pictures the white on white heat embossing, here I’m adding one more picture for you to capture the white embossing patterns that I created for these cards!
I hope you had a great time here with me, down below is the blog hop line up list for all of the amazing ladies that are participating in this blog hop.
