Thank you, Sparkly Greeting Cards
Happy Thursday friends! Today I’d like to share with you the cards that I made featuring the Tropical Stamp Set, Royal Crush Embossing Glitter, and Lilac Shimmer Embossing Glitter for the WOW! Facebook Fan Page Group. As you might know this month’s challenge theme is my “Favorite Stamps” And…of course! One of my most favorite stamp set is the Tropical Stamp Set to create backgrounds as I really love white on white floral backgrounds for my cards. That being said, I hope you get inspired to play along with us. Don’t forget that each challenge winner will receive a $15.00 gift card to the WOW! US or UK online store.
In order to participate all you need to do is ➝ follow the monthly challenge theme as an inspiration to create one of the followings for your submissions:

Or any type of paper crafting project/mixed media of your preference that features a WOW! product. Submissions must be entering July 31st at 9PM PST. (Please do not enter more than 3 entries per person)
Without further ado keep on reading the post. ↓
To begin with, I started by stamping with embossing ink the Tropical Stamp Set in a white card panel as I wanted to cover the background with Lilac Shimmer Embossing Glitter. Next after the glitter heat embossing, I trimmed the background with the paper cutter in four pieces, and I adhered the backing of them to a white card panel with foam mounting tape as I wanted to add dimension to them. Right after, I ran through the die-cutting machine the Thank you Script Wafer Die to die-cut its shadow layer out of vellum 1X, and its top layer out of white card stock 3X because, I wanted a sturdy top layer as I was going to heat emboss it with Violet Pearl Embossing Powder for a monochromatic look. Once I had the die-cuttings done, I adhered the backing of the vellum to the card panel, and I stacked the top layers to heat emboss them as I mentioned earlier. Lastly, I adhered the backing of the heat emboss thank you to the card panel. Finally, I adhered the backing of the card panel to an A2 size top folding white card base.
For the next example, I white heat embossed a white card panel with the same Tropical Stamp Set with Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder for a white on white look. Next, I ran through the die-cutting machine the same Thank you Script Wafer Die that I used on the previous example. However, this time, I die-cut the shadow layer out of white card stock as I wanted to glitter emboss it with Royal Crush Embossing Glitter as for the top layer, I kept it the same idea by die-cutting it 3X out of white card stock however, instead of heat emboss it with violet pearl embossing powder, I clear heat embossed it for with Clear Gloss Embossing Powder for a shiny look. Once the heat embossing was done, I trimmed the edges of the card panel, and I adhered the backing of it to an A2 size side folding white card base with double-sided tape. Finally, I adhered the shadow layer, and the top layer to the card panel, and I called the cards done.
To finish both cards off, I adhered a few Pansy Purple Jewels for a sparkly look.
So, that’s all for today friends, I hope these cards inspire you to give these designs, and the challenge a try! As always, I appreciate the time you take to read my blog posts.
