Happy Thursday, Friends! On today’s blog I’d like to share with you clean and simple inspiration card with an extra “Paisley & Glimmering” look made using "Paisley Glimmer" JUN-2022 Glimmer Hot Foil Kit Of The Month Club by Spellbinders. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it↓
Therefore, this month’s Glimmer Hot Foil Kit Of The Month Club includes 4 Glimmer Hot Foil Plates and 4 coordinating dies + One Roll of Foil. Thus, as per usual with every glimmer hot foil kit, I started off by setting up my Glimmer Hot Foil System Platform and Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine over my Crafter's Essential Cutting and Alignment Mat. And, once I had that step completed, I went ahead to turn on the glimmer hot foil platform.
Although this month’s club kit includes a roll of Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Rainbow, I decided to use a piece of Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Moondust instead. Thus, while the platform was heating up, I went ahead to cut out a piece from the glimmering roll and then, once the platform was ready to foil, I proceeded to get the hot foil stamping done over a pieces of white cardstock. As for the hot foil stamping itself, I used the large decorative glimmer plate to get the foil stamping on the left side of an A2 size front card panel an, I also used the smaller glimmering plates to get the stamping done for the card sentiments.
Also, to continued the hot foil stamping, I used as well the Essential Glimmer Solid Rectangle Glimmer Hot Foil Plate to get the die-cutting Hello sentiment hot foil stamped with the same hue that I used for the rest of the foiling. By the way, I used the hello die included in this month’s Large Die of the Month Club. Lastly, before getting the card assembling started, I went ahead to use the three larger dies included in Nestabilities Essential Rectangles Etched Dies to create the die-cutting dotted white frame.
That said, for the card assembling, I went ahead to trim down 1/4 of an inch from each side of the card panel with the hot foil stamping using my Comfort Paper Trimmer. Next, I went ahead to get the backing of it adhered with double-sided adhesive to an A2 size top folding white card base. Next, I went ahead to get the backing of the dotted white die-cutting frame adhered with craft foam adhesive to add dimension to the front card panel and then, I added the hello and the smaller card sentiments to the lower right side of the card. As for the sentiments, I added a little bit of dimension ass well just as, you can see in the image above.
Finally, as finishing touches, I went ahead to add an extra pop of sparkle to the card so, to do that, I used my Jewels Picker to glue down here and there with Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue some of Crystal Confetti. And, with that being said, I hope you’ve enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made this clean and simple inspiration card with an extra “Paisley & Glimmering” look using "Paisley Glimmer" JUN-2022 Glimmer Hot Foil Kit Of The Month Club by Spellbinders.
