Happy Release Day Crafters! Today, Pinkfresh Studio is celebrating their AUGUST-2022 Stamp, Die, Stencil, & Hot Foil Release with a fabulous blog hop. So therefore, if you’re hopping along with us, welcome as you should have arrived here from Lea’s Blog but, if this is your starting point, I’d like to invite you to start from → Pinkfresh ‘Blog or by clicking the direct link provided below which will take you directly to the full list for this wonderful blog hop.
With that being said, today I’d like to share with you a quick and simple friendship inspiration card with a “Leafy & Glimmering” look made using the just released: Phrase Builder: Hello Hot Foil and Leafy Background Stencils. Also, PFS- Inks to add the pops of colors to the leafy background. So, without further ado let me share how I made it ↓
Therefore, I started off by getting the layered stenciling done over an A2 size white card panel using each stencil including in Leafy Background Stencils. Thus, to complete that step, I used a few ink blending brushes along with the following inks: Sky Blue Ink and Blue Jay Ink for stencils #1 and #2 + Sapphire Ink and a touch of Metropolis Ink for stencil #3.
Next, as soon as, I had finished the layered stenciling process done, I went ahead to line up two of the hot foil plates including in Phrase Builder: Hello Hot Foil over the inked card panel to get them hot foil stamped over it using a large piece of Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Speckled Prism + Glimmer Hot Foil System Platform and Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.
Moving on, as soon as, I had finished the hot foil stamping step, I went ahead to remove the hot foil plates and then, I had the Hello Friend card sentiment hot foil stamped directly to the inked card panel, just like you can see it in the image above.
Lastly, I went ahead to add a little stitching detail to the card front so, to do that, I used the larger die included in Essentials: Diagonal Stitched Rectangles Die Set and once I had that step completed, I proceeded to finish the card off by getting the backing of the front card panel adhered to an A2 size top folding white card base using craft foam adhesive to add dimension to it. By the way, I would like to mention that the previous released Phrase Builder - Hello Die Set it’s the coordinating die set for the just released Phrase Builder: Hello Hot Foil.
And, with that being said friends, I hope this quick and simple friendship inspiration card with a “Leafy & Glimmering” look inspires you to give these sets a try!
