So, let’s get started! To create these glittery ornaments, I started by covering each of them with WOW! Embossing Ink. Next, when I was done inking it up the whole wooden snowflake, I covered the sticky ink with WOW! Neptune Embossing Glitter and, I heat set it with Heat Embossing Gun Tool. First, I did the back then, I did the front. Once, both sides were heat embossed, I set the snowflake aside and I continued with the second ornament.
For the second ornament which, happens to be this beautiful wreath with a Happy Holiday sentiment, I repeated the same steps by inked it up and glitter embossed it in the same way as, I did for the snowflake.
Lastly, to finish the ornaments off, I decided to gold heat embossed a sentiment from the Holiday Wreath Builder with Metallic Gold Rich Embossing Powder in a piece of white card stock. And, right after the heat embossing, I ran through the die-cutting machine the sentiment with one of the circle dies from the Nesting Circle Infinity Dies and, as soon as, I was done die-cutting it, I adhered the backing of the die-cutting circle to the center of the snowflake and, finally as a last touch, I decided to add a piece of Ivory Burlap String in replacement of their original string. With that being said friends, that’s all for today blog post, I hope that these glittery Holiday/Winter ornaments inspire you to give them, and the “DIY Embellishments” challenge a try!
